Refund policy

At IDontDrip, every piece is made and packed with care. Since our products are made-to-order and produced in limited drops, we currently follow a strict no-return policy.


Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

 

We do not accept returns for reasons including:


  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selection
  • Fit preferences
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Style not matching expectations



All sales are final once an order is placed.

 

 

 

Size Exchanges

 

We do not offer size exchanges at this time.


We recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering. Our tees are oversized by design, and sizing details are provided on each product page.

 

 


Damaged or Defective Items



Replacements are only applicable in rare cases where:


  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong item



If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the issue
  • Unboxing proof (if possible)



Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


 

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are only issued if:


  • The product is confirmed damaged/defective and a replacement is not possible
  • The order is cancelled before it is processed (rare)



Refunds are not provided for sizing or fit-related concerns.


If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders can only be cancelled within a short window before production begins.

Once an order is confirmed and processing starts, it cannot be cancelled.
